Hugo Chavez

While he had been interacting with Holden through the means of his bodyguards, Hugo Chavez, El Presidente di Venezuela, first appears in the secret basement of the MME. He referees the battle between Holden Secretbees and Evil Dictator Castro.

Following Holden's defeat of Evil Dictator Castro, Hugo attempts to reveal to Holden the secret to winning the MME. However, before he is able to, he is taken out by a knife in the back and falls to the ground.
